It’s funny to hear today’s commentary that 1-0 has become common scoreline for Manchester United this season. He then listed the games that ended 1-0 to our side. How true. We can’t score any goal today at another defending home team Bolton Wanderers until Berbatov break the super tight deadlock in 89th minute. Thanks to brilliant no bullshit Tevez move, that set up Berba’s simple but deadly header.
However, even if we can’t score more than 1 goal at most of our game this season, Van Der Sar and our back four has a stunning 10 consecutive clean sheets in the Premier League. So, as Sir Alex said, it proves that our defender, especially Vidic, hold super imporant role to our success (last season, this season and hopely more years to come!!).
Not to forget, massive rythm change for today’s game was the introduction of our old guards Ryan Giggs and Paul Scholes in the 70th minute.
We won our 2 games in hand and we are now top of the table. That’s the ‘fact’ of today.
More things to come, it’s only halfway through the season.
