Top of the Table, it’s not that bad. Really!

match results April 12th, 2009

We continue to crawling out results after results after a series of bad results in the last several weeks. Although we didn’t play very well, but we do dominate the homeside and bring home maximum points. The goals from Scholesy and, i can’t believe this, Kiko Macheda keeps the Champions at the place where they belong, at the top of the table with a point. Who cares Chelsea and Liverpool have better goal difference, the league title is ours to lose.

In other news, seems like Fergie gave Ronaldo a hair dryer treatment and that fucking fat Spanish waiter keep trying hard to win in a war of mouth with Sir Alex Ferguson.Who the fuck are you telling what’s SAF’s current state of mind? Oh well, fucking fat retard

Anyhow, hard game away from home is next. I still have hope that we can pass Porto into the Champions League semi. Although as i expressed several times in this blog that retaining Champions League will be super awesome, but i don’t care if we fucking lose because what i want the most is to retain the Premiere League trophy.

But the needs to see the lads winning is all about being a fan of this club. So, let’s hope the lads can do a good job in Porto.

Come on United!

Another Cleansheet and a Win

match results February 18th, 2009

We take our best chance to lead the table with 5 points clear against our nearest enemy.  Strangely enough, i was more nervous when Fulham attack as we continue to pass 14 games without conceeding a single goal in the Premiership.

Goals came from Scholes, Berbatov and Wayne Rooney while man of the match is Paul Scholes, absolutely defenitely.

Blackburn Rovers is next at home this Saturday, bring it on as the Reds marching on!

FA Cup 5th Round!

match results January 24th, 2009

It was a nervy win, but we still keep our FA cup chances alive courtesy of great play by Carlos Tevez and goals from Paul Scholes & Dimitar Berbatov.

Nice to see Tosic, Fabio Da Silva & Eckersley get their debut although it’s a shame to see Fabio & Wellbeck taken out injured. Let’s just hope it’s not too serious though. Another job well done, FA Cup 5th round here we come.

Come on you Reds.

We’re Through To The Final!

Out of itImage by Today is a good day via Flickr

It was a night to remember. Given the fact how important this game to us after getting bad results away from home in the last couple of weeks. I will not go into the details of today’s game because dude, no reds fans should miss this game. But if you did miss it, there are always replay. But nothing beat the feeling to watch this match live, trust me man! This is the time when i wish i was at Old Trafford screaming and shouting with 70k other reds, and together with millions of Reds fans all around the world, feeling the thrilling second half, that felt like a year of dog year (it was so fucking long man, ha ha…!).

So our definite hero is Paul Scholes. His stunning long range super shot gave the Spanish goalkeeper no chance whatsoever to stop the ball. We, Reds, will always remember how he missed the final when we dramatically beat Bayern Munich 2-1. Now, with his goal, he brought us to our first final of Champions League since we won it back in 1999. But all the team, especially Carrick, Park and our back four (thanks man!), have shown their strength and consistency throughout the game and together we can prove that Prof. Xavi is wrong. Football is also about result professor… (and it was not a boring 1-0 win i suppose!).

However, we need to finish the party early, as we need to win another 3 games to finish the season with double silverware. Surely we have a team that capable to do that. The next focus is to let Nani know where the goal is (certainly not at the roof of football stadiums) and how to beat West Ham at home this Saturday.

To hell with other team’s result, the destiny is in our hands.

Come on you reds!

Update: Just after i publish this post, the Ginger Paul goal is already published online. Thanks for the beautiful people at YouTube!

We Beat The Romans

best goals, champions league, video April 10th, 2008

Everyone was questioning SAF’s decision to brought his ‘B Team’ for the game against Roma, at the quarter final Champions League, last night at Old Trafford. But who would have thought Rooney, Ronaldo and Scholes can sit comfortably watching their team confidently overcome the Roman side from start to finish.

I will not give you the review of the game as i feel it’s lame to post a match review more than 24 hours after the game. So instead, this is a cool documentation from the big 7-1 win last year. Last night game was so so, but with lesser goals.

Next stop in the Champions League, The Nou Camp. Seeing the team play, i think we have a massive chance to overcome Barcelona and get through to the final this year. No more waiting.

Oh i almost forget. To me, the most valuable player last night was Hargreaves and our unsung hero Michael Carrick. The most talkable point is Gary Neville is back and he was handed the armband!
