The 21-year-old was expected to be out for around eight weeks after suffering the injury on the opening day of the season against Reading.
However, Sir Alex Ferguson revealed last week that he is already keen to return to action and, while the striker won’t be rushed back, a scan next week could provide the all-clear to make an early comeback.
As the season progress and we can’t yet assure which new striker will arrive in OT, Roo’s enthusiasm to comeback will add morale boost to our early season campaign. I know it’s far away from eyeing another league champion, but to be a champion, we need a constant win. It was started already on last week’s games against Spurs. So, from now on, we can’t lose any small chances and momentums.
Another chance to show our support for Manchester United.
Come on!
