    Its official, Man u are has beans and enjoying their last season in the upper areas of the EPL and CL. Money draining out, no new players, Liverpool on the up, Man City have money to burn. What will happen when Liverpool have 29 league wins? Will Man U be stuck in lower leagues having gone bust.
