Heinze Loses Appeal

Has just in from Sky Sports: A Premier League tribunal has ruled that Gabriel Heinze will not be allowed to move to Liverpool. United have remained adamant in their stance that Heinze would not be allowed to join a title rival and this viewpoint has now been vindicated by the Premier League.
