EPL needs TV Trial Just Like Sheffield United Supposedly Stay at The Premier League

stupidity September 28th, 2008

Gary Megson, the Bolton boss who manage to beat us last year (when Anelka still with them) feels that the implementation of TV trials could end referee’s misjudges. Only because he felt that at least they have the ‘chance’ to draw with Man Utd yesterday. It’s like Sheffield Wednesday, who think that if Tevez never played for West Ham, the London club will be the one who got relegated in 06/07 season.

Here’s why Bolton were beaten yesterday and why Sheffield United relegated: both teams played poor! Just like Manchester United in games before the win at Carling Cup, the team play terrible football. And they get what they have to pay, the English and European Champions ranked 9th in the table so far!!

Bolton had 30 minutes after the penalty to get back to United but never manage to. After Rooney and Scholes came in (just minutes after the goal) Megson’s team just never gets the ball. Hell. How on earth he think they deserve a draw?

Just like Sheffield United. They have 38 games and they were poor for the whole season. How on earth they think they were relegated because West Ham lies about Tevez’s status?

I don’t get it. Football pundits please educate me.

Manchester United beat Bolton With The Help of Good Football

match results September 28th, 2008

It was our first win at home this season and we did it with style. Ronaldo put the ball behind stubborn Jaskelainen’s net followed by Wayne Rooney’s first goal of the season that set the match to home team win. We played well in the first half but better at the second. SAF has noted earlier that he will rotate his squad to conquer the hard long season. He did that yesterday by starting Rooney at the bench. However, after Wayne and Scholesy came in in the 70th minute, the game is better for the home side.

I can see a brilliant performance by the likes of Tevez, Park, Fletcher and Berbatov. And boy seeing Berbatov’s flick and tricks was just awesome (also, seeing his complaint to Ronaldo’s bad ball seems likely to improve the Portuguese’s and the whole team motivation this season). We just need to get better and better on every game.

However, given our brilliant performance, seems like the most likely haters happy to talk about is Ronaldo’s ‘cheat’ to get the penalty that might change the whole game. Well, listen to this you haters and news sellers; maybe it wasn’t a penalty after all, but 75% ball position could somehow mean that The Champions is back!

Come on you Reds.

Update: I think this one is a fair assessment of the game from StarSports.com.

Boss: Ronaldo Can Leave… As a Hero

legend September 24th, 2008

It’s nice to see Sir Alex say so and further tell the lad to learn from King Cantona:

"I think Cristiano has come to accept that at this stage of his career, United is the place for him," said the Red Devils boss.

"Southern Europeans want at some point to play for Real Madrid or Barcelona, so I understood what was going on in Cristiano’s mind when he declared he wanted to join Real.

"But once we had talked he accepted it was a move for the future.

"I pointed out to him how much better it would be to leave like Eric Cantona, with the fans loving and appreciating him.

"The crowd still chant Cantona’s name and I told Cristiano ‘Leave a hero like Eric’ and one day he will. But not yet."

Question: What about other Latins/Southern European players’ future in Manchester United?

Possebon is Alright

injuries, players September 24th, 2008

Good news came from Old Trafford that our promising youngster, Rodrigo Possebon’s injury is not as serious as it seems.

"We can confirm that Rodrigo did not suffer a break to his right leg. He was kept in hospital overnight for observation and to assess whether there was any ligament damage to his knee."

However, Pogatetz is still an animal that has to change his f**king attitude. Or else someone out there will get injured sooner or later by his action of thuggeries.

Get well soon Possebon!

A Glimpse of Carling Cup Win and a Boro Thuggery

fixtures, players September 24th, 2008

That boy Ronaldo mark his come back to United’s first team with a goal. The combination of youngsters and experience players made SAF’s team more promising than ever. It’s nice to see promising youngsters Rafael Da Silva, Darron Gibson, Rodrigo Possebon and Danny Wellbeck all get their first starting line up, among experienced players like Giggs, Brown, Vidic and O Shea. The attacking display forced errors from the Boro’s back players, Giggs & Nani didn’t waste the chance and score 1 goal each to claim a 3-1 victory.

However, my mind can’t rest, as the win last night was shadowed by Rodrigo Possebon’s injury horror (Pogatetz you’re a f**king thug animal!). I hope the injury is not that serious and the talented lad can continue his career and contribute to the future of Manchester United.

All in all, i’m glad to see our side win.

Come on you reds!

United Bus Attacked by Chelsea Fan

stupidity September 22nd, 2008

Last year’s visit their groundsmen attacked Evra, yesterday, their drunk fan attacked Manchester United bus. Manchester United reported that a Chelsea fan hurled a bottle at the bus taking its players away from Stamford Bridge after Sunday’s 1-1 draw, cracking the windscreen. But nobody gets hurt.

"It appears to be an isolated incident but we have launched a full investigation in conjunction with local authorities," Chelsea’s statement said. "We do not condone violence in any shape or form. If, as a result of our investigations, we find that any Chelsea supporters were involved we will take appropriate action against those individuals."

Embarrassing moron. I hope this never happen at Manchester.

Manchester United 1 - Chelsea 1

fixtures September 21st, 2008

So Battle of The bridge is end and both sides share exact the same points. It’s almost the same as the Moscow Final and our last meeting with the capital blue boys last year at Stamford Bridge. The difference is no penalties today. Penalties that send one side to a glory against another.

We start the game brilliantly as Park scores his first goal of the season after almost made it twice at mid week Champions League game. However, soon after the goal, Chelsea come back and dominate the game.

I think Chelsea is unlucky only to get 1 goal. Eventhough we also had our chances through Berba that only miss some inches on his pass to unmarked Park.

All in all, we are getting closer to our best performance. I just hope it’s not too late.

Come on you Reds!

Does ‘The Battle of The Bridge’ Overrated?

fixtures September 21st, 2008

It’s not overrated. It’s not just another 3 points. It’s a huge game for both sides, there are so many advantages if any side can take full point in a game like this. Anyone whom say this is just another game is rubbish.

However, to be honest i see it hard for us to get all 3 points. But who knows? Scared no one.

Battle of The Bridge? Bring it on!

Come on you reds.

Manchester United 0 - Villareal 0

match results September 19th, 2008

I don’t find the time to write a review about our first Champions League game against Villareal, but i know i’ll be sorry if i don’t write anything about it since this blog is a fan journal.

I personally think our last game was cool, especially on the second half. What lack of our lost to Liverpool last weekend was our ability to attack the opponent in which last night we did very very well. There were 2 suspected penalties on the come back boy Ji Sung Park but hey, it’s not an excuse to our inability to score goals.

However when another come back boy Ronaldo introduced in Old Trafford, the game was suddenly change. We do miss the lad don’t we?

I sincerely hope our game in Stamford Bridge can produce the same attracting football but with goals from our lads.

It’s the very first game in the Champions League, no need to push the panic button yet. But the sooner the goals come, the better.

Come on you reds.

Some Thoughts Ahead of Champions League Clash

Uncategorized September 17th, 2008

I still feel a bit bitter from our defeat at Anfield. Steven Gerrard even start to feel that their team is now officially a title contender. Mmmpphh… i’m laughing my ass off but hey, who can blame him, it was a massive result for them and is a surely a huge loss for us.

However, things move on and we are on the brink of our first match as a Champions League holder. It’s Villareal that will come to Old Trafford on Wednesday which contains our ex youngster Rossi, our old foe ex Gunners’ Robert Pires, and almost our midfielder Carlos Senna (according to The Sun).

Their last season domestic campaign finished 2nd behind Spanish Champions Real Madrid and 1 place above our semi final hard fought rival Barcelona. So, in paper we will face a freaking hard game at home.

Rumors broke that Berbatov is doubtful for his Champions League debut, Ronaldo could have a surprise comeback, and Manucho could be his way on Red Devils debut. But as it’s still rumors and no official statement yet from Old Trafford, i guess we could left guessing on who will make it to the team, except for Scholes of course because he was red carded at our lost in UEFA Super Cup.

In other news, Tomasz Kuszczak has commited his future to United as he has agree to extent his contract that can keep him at OT until 2012.
